Chessboard applet

Drag a piece with the left mouse button to move. Drag while pressing the right mouse button to rotate the board. Press the middle button to restore the default rotation, a second press will give the opponent's view. Zoom using the keyboard up/down cursor keys. No validation of moves is performed by this display applet.

This code should be easily adaptable for use with an internet chess server, or you could use it as a frontend for your own java chess algorithm. Please let us know about your projects!
